When you choose the best dates for your holidays, send us an e-mail or contact us at the following telephone numbers: 953 12 03 28 or 653 21 50 80 to check availability and ask for more information. Can make a provisional reservation, we will keep you for 48 hours, after this time you must confirm your reservation or it will be canceled.
CONFIRM RESERVATION
Once confirmed by us your reservation, you have a period of one week to make the entrance of 40% of the price of the house. With the reservation agreement we will send you the bank details of cabins you imagine.
PAYMENT BOOKING
The payment of the rest of the reservation must be made before taking possession of the house.
JUSTIFICATION
When we receive your income, we will notify you with a receipt via email or by mail.

INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

RURAL HOUSES:

Minimum stays will be of two nights in all periods of the year, except for bridges (3-4 nights). They can be used from 14 hours on the day of arrival and must be free before 12 noon on the day of departure, except according to Cabañas Imagina.

PRICES:

Our prices include the normal consumption of electricity, water and gas (kitchen and heating), bed and bathroom linen and cleaning on arrival. As well as rates or taxes hotel establishments and indirect taxes iva. Wood for fireplace is not included. € 5 per day

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE HOUSE:

The client is fully and directly responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of persons to occupy the house (without omitting children), regardless of age, when making the reservation. It is warned that the administration can legally refuse to admit the entry to those undeclared persons or, as the case may be, to evict them, and there is no claim for that reason. Visits are not allowed without the permission of the administration. At all times the occupants of the houses must respect the vegetation, use the garbage containers separating plastics and glass. And do not set scandals, respecting the right of others to tranquility.

PAYMENT FORM:

The reservation is confirmed when 40% of the price of the house is deposited, or the total of the same, in any case the whole must be deposited before the occupation of the house. The payment method will be: money order or transfer to Immaculate Cabins, Navaparis Way. Apdo. Correos nº4, 23540 Torres, Jaén Concept: reservation and date Transfer to the “ask at the time of booking” account

ANOMALIES OR DEFICIENCIES:

Irregularities or deficiencies that the client can find in the property acquired, must be communicated as soon as possible, and always during the stay, to the person in charge at the destination. Cabañas Imágina will resolve any anomaly or deficiency and will even proceed to change the property if it deems appropriate, provided that the abducted causes are proven true.

Any claim made after leaving the property can not be served because it lacks the most basic criteria that could handle the claim.

CANCELLATIONS:

If canceled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 6 will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payments in advance:
The establishment may charge 30% of the total amount at any time after booking.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS:

The fact of taking possession of the house, implies the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions. For the knowledge of all the claims that could be formulated, both the client and Cabañas Imágina, are submitted to the administration of the courts of Jaén, with resignation to any other forum.
